"I’ve been worn out from..."
I’ve been worn out from dealing with customer service lately, so I wasn’t expecting much. But today was actually nice, replies came fast, and the staff were friendly without making it feel like a hassle

"Decent food, but the place could use more attention"
To be fair, the food was fine and I didn’t have any major issues with the service. But the tables were sticky, and the restroom had an unpleasant smell. I think it’s only reasonable to expect the dining area and bathrooms to be kept cleaner, especially for customers eating there.

"First impression was good"
My first impression was that the noodles were really tasty and flavorful. Overall, the food was good, though the chicken came out a bit dry this time

"Order was fine, but where was my extra siomai??"
The food arrived okay and most of my order was right, but they forgot the extra siomai I paid for?? This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Everything still tasted good, but it’s just annoying having to check every single item whenever I get a delivery.

"I’ve ordered from Chowking a few times now..."
I’ve ordered from Chowking a few times now and, the delivery has been fast each time.
The food still showed up warm, and the rider found our place without doing the whole “where exactly are you” back-and-forth, which, wait, that’s actually a big deal here sometimes. The tracking updated fine too, so I wasn’t just sitting there guessing.
Nothing super fancy to say. It just works when I need food at home quickly, and so far it’s been reliable enough that I’m happy to keep using it
